Michael J. Reppas II, ESQ. is a native of Columbus, Ohio, and a graduate of The Ohio State University where he double-majored in Modern Greek Studies and Political Science. Mr. Reppas earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, and his LL.M. degree in International Law from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr.Reppas is a member of the Florida, New York, and District of Columbia Bar Associations focusing his practice primarily on Business Law, Music, Art & Entertainment Law, and State, Federal and International litigation. Mr. Reppas is one of the world’s foremost legal scholars on Cultural Property and the international debate over the Parthenon Sculptures/Elgin Marbles. Mr. Reppas’ academic publications have been cited hundreds of times in leading Law Journals and Books throughout the United States and abroad, and his published theories continue to be referenced by academics and legal scholars throughout the world.
