Chantal Celeste is a first generation Dominican-American who currently resides in South Florida. When Celeste moved to the United States at ten years old, instead of trying to conform to the cultural norms, she found her refuge in reading and writing. Celeste hopes that her vehement poetry provides words of encouragement and helps people heal from their trauma.
